This store is staffed/managed by honest and VERY experienced mechanics! Don't let their age or boyish looks fool you! They've been fixing anything with a motor since before they were (legally) able to drive! They BUILD cars as a hobby/ in their spare time! Trey and Sherman are the guys I want to always fix my car (or sell me a used one!) I will always bring any purchases to them first before I buy ever again!

From phone call to final payment I believe this was the most quaint experience I've ever had with a shop. Honesty is the best policy. Trey is very thorough and explanative with what's going on with your vehicle. It was even better than expected because the car was checked out & repaired the same day! I recommend Driver's Edge to anyone in the area.

My vehicle broke down on the freeway and I was absolutely clueless on why it happened, since it was running perfectly fine. I made a phone call to the Irving Driver’s Edge location and Tre answered with very helpful information. I got my car to the location and the shop got me right in. Mind you I have no clue on any mechanical terminology but Tre and Sherman broke everything down to me and made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle with them. After 1 day of my car being in their hands I got it back, happy as ever. The staff here is well trained and the customer service is topped off with an A+. I will definitely refer any and everyone I know to them.

The service was beyond expectation. They were honest and upfront with their process. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely aware of the time it would take to complete the service and cost. I received multiple communications regarding the day-by-day activity. The end cost was within reason based off the estimate they provided prior to diagnosing the issue. Transmission work is usually a nightmare for a customer, but they were very friendly and professional. 5 stars for the quality of work and customer service. I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely return for other future services.
