The outside of the car always looks good, but have had to send the car back for another go at vacuuming it since they did a terrible job. Also the windows are always full of streaks. Last time I watched to see what they did wrong and it’s that they use the same towel to clean dirt around the doors to wipe the windows down. Anyone that knows about cleaning a car knows that’s not what you do, come on. Update 5/17- Took my car again last week and did the same thing with the dirty rag and wiping the windows. Had to as them to wipe them with a clean rag, plus did a terrible job vacuuming. Totally disregarded vacuuming the trunk and bad job on rest of car. Going to deduct a star from my original review.

I have come to place to get my vehicles washed since it was Big O's carwash. I came into the building on this particular day request a monthly pass change and refund. The African American girl at the desk /cash register is rude and disrespectful. She has made snide comments, mouths words to herself while I'm standing there and even rolled her eyes. I was not rude, nor I was not disrespectful in any way. Perhaps the front desk isn't the position for her. I will say that the rest of the staff is usually professional and friendly. Customer service is very important to me. Her unprofessional demeanor made me want to stop going there.

Your interiors will still have streaks. Not cleaned properly. Maybe they don't specialize in interior cleaning. I don't know but won't be going there again.

Update: went second time Service was fast but not up to the mark, not professional, left unclean lot of places. They did a decent job. Waiting area is good, though the service was fast. You can find a Groupon for this place. It has like 30$ worth service for 15$. Included : Exterior wash Windows Vacuuming Dust dash Doors and console Carnauba Flash Wax Total Shine Presoak WeatherGuard (total surface protectant)
