They want to charge more for a week than it would cost for a week being payed day to day...some these hotels needs to freakin learn how economics works..yall and other paces doin that are doin thay are going lose business and end up goin bankrupt and have to sell

Absolutely will not be staying here. Whoever the woman was answering the phone at 11:50 on May 6th 2022 had the WORST attitude and in my opinion. She should be spoken to, if not fired for that. I was asking if a room was available because I was planning to make a reservation for the weekend. She replies "What are you TALKING about? Have you never booked a room before, like a RES-ER-VATION?". I answered, "I'm just asking if there's a room available." And she replies with even more attitude... She is the ONLY reason I will not be staying here. Unprofessional and completely disrespectful. She's going to drive away any and all customers with THAT kind of attitude. I will be paying to stay somewhere else.

I checked in quite late (3AM) as I stay hours away from Dallas. I was placed in a room which I did NOT feel comfortable in. I was frustrated and I needed rest for my 2PM training in Carrollton. I asked the receptionist (on the overnight shift), who looked tired as well, if she can have me switched. At first she said there wasn't any rooms available because most are reserved. But after I kept on pleading, she finally gave me a new room. It was a room I felt comfortable and happy with. The lady was awesome! I am so grateful for her. I was able to settle in and get ready for my training. Oh and location is fabulous as it is within a very upscale, pleasant neighborhood. I decided to extend my stay for another night and left about 2AM. I never got to thank the lady, but I am forever grateful for her. I will be staying here again!

Booked a two night stay with them, I travel Alot so I'm use to hotels but AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN!! Has not been a good stay, my pillow cases & towels are dirty we wrapped a small blanket of ours around the pillows so we wouldn't lay on dirty yellow pillows. I haven't seen any bugs but we've been itching when we lay in the bed. There's a dirty used towel in our shower. I asked the lady at the front desk for a fork due to them having a dining lobby, and she told me they have no forks if there's none in the area. Then she was rude and said well why didn't you get fork with your food that's Your fault. Honestly I do no recommend this hotel I may leave a day early.
