Not much too much to complain about except for lack of parking. 2 spaces and a handicap for over a hundred units in the 2 story building. Also, price goes up every year guaranteed but they can't tell you by how much. They say it's an "industry standards". That may be the case but doesn't make it right. Sorta like time shares.

Sorry when we moved into this facility about 5 years ago it was top notch. Friendly people never had our storage broken into. No longer at this facility, although not by our choice more like by one of their employees choice. And we couldn't see giving a 1 star review all because of one employee. Especially since we still love this place if it was up to us we would have stayed. Thanks to Marshall and Tracy for the years of excellent service and keeping our belongings safe.

Best storage community staff you won't find anywhere else. Since my things have taken up residence there longer than I want to admit to, the one person who stands out is Marshall. I have dealt with him on many occasions and each one has had a positive result. His service is always excellent, efficient with a perfect follow-through record. Thoroughly knows the business and will answer all questions needed to make sure your time with Safkeep is the best!
