I ordered the Mother’s Day special on May 8. I placed the order on the app at 3:30 pm for a 5:15 pm pick-up. I got there and was asked to wait 10 minutes, so no big deal. 45 minutes later the food was finally ready, most of it was not warm any more having sat on the counter top as they made up a salad (which was not terribly good, definitely not worth the wait). The place seemed well-staffed, just not able to get organized enough to get the food out in a timely manner. The food, for the most part, tasted nice and the family enjoyed it, but oh, that wait.

Location is usually good. Today was not. See photo for skimpy $8 sampler platter. Lots of carrot, not much hummus. Gyro plate meat was blackened, hard. Gave it to dogs. Rice was good.

Wow...Honestly just..WOW! This place is like a Zoe's Kitchen, but on 'ROIDS. Best Mediterranean restaurant we've been to recently! Very clean, staff is great, and the prices are reasonable for what you get! My fiance absolutely loved her Cornish Hen, and my wrap was excellent.Well worth the couple of miles for us. UPDATE: After the last couple of times, we have unfortunately decided to rate this place 2 stars. Reasons: Communication between management, staff, AND to the customer is HORRIBLE. They had our food LITERALLY just sitting on a tray for nearly 30 minutes already done, when my girlfriend asked if that was our food. Reason 2: The food and customer service- Their food dropped to a quality that not anything close to what originally drove Zoe's Kitchen out of business. I want their competitor to be back SO bad it's not even funny. Each time we went the food was consistently WORSE. Keep in mind, we had given this place MULTIPLE chances before writing this review. Three times and I've given up, LunaGrill. I hope this is your wake-up call...

Decent tasting but the meat in the gyro wrap was microscopic, first picture, as well as the size of the baklava. Not impressed at all. This is good for someone who has no point of reference. This order was delivered ************************************ The restaurant agreed to make up for the meatless gyro I had received, second picture, and I appreciate it. They also replaced the fries but look at all the grease when I reheated at home. I picked up the replacement order and ate some of it at restaurant. The bathroom floor is so slippery that it's like standing on soap. Tables have a sign that states that they have been sanitized and they are NOT. I saw them "clean" the tables. This is the Mansfield location.👎
