Well it not that the place was kinda run down, which it was, it's also that it is not well maintained. The room we were in was pretty filthy (#317 BTW, In case management is listening). The room has a real musty smell as we entered, there was definitely something sticky on the whole carpet. You don't want to walk on it with your bare feet. There was a huge dip in the floor and I felt like if we jumped on it we would fall through. They didn't change out the soap in the sink so we were using an old soap. There is rust in the shower. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work and from previous reviews I've read it seems like It has been a problem for a while. The Jacuzzi was full of suds. The service was friendly and the breakfast was good but again the tables were dirty. You'll really need to show this hotel a little more love. It would be an improvement if you just hired some more cleaning staff and cleaned the rooms more.

Positive: Bed very comfortable. Negative: Had to ask for towels the first night and Kleenex. Felt like crumbs were in the bed like maybe the sheets weren't changed. Slept in the other bed. Bathroom shelves hadn't been dusted in a while and floor was dirty. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working
