I purchased 3 small cabins from Ulrich for a total of approx $250,000. They are so nice and so well-made. I had a problem with one 584 sq.ft. cabin, however. The cabin shifted so much, I could not unlock the only door to get inside. I was surprised that it appeared to have "settled" that much which is not covered per their contract. I understood that. But when I examined the foundation blocks, I found that several were broken. The right, rear corner block was the worst. I don't know how many times I called the company. Each time I was promised a return call that never came. The crew that delivered the cabins also left remaining cinder blocks strewn about. Not a problem for younger folks to take care of, but I'm a single 68 year old gal. The crew who came to build the porches on each cabin put the steps on the wrong side of the porch on one of the cabins....another extra expense to change. They were responsive in repairing some relatively minor roof damage during transport, however. In summary, the product is great but forget any help after delivery, even if it involves their own foundation blocks.
