I waited some time, I learned of the Palladium property in Crowley, TX. They had recently built a stunning apartment complex in west Fort Worth and it was beautiful. So I contacted them and asked when they would be accepting applications, and Kayla told me they had to wait for the construction process to be near completion. Kayla called me to let me know the day applications were being accepted and asked me to please bring my financial information, and other documents. Palladium Crowley is an affordable complex, and although it looks like a luxury community, there are State guidelines regarding income so financial details are the most important information for both the applicants to provide and staff to be aware of. On the day I applied, there were numerous people who had been put on the waiting list, by Kayla. Families, older folks, all sorts of people. We were all excited to be applying for Palladium Crowley. During the application process Kayla was always kind and professional--and worked until we had all the needed paperwork. So for the New Year I have a beautiful new apartment, with kind Kayla in the office. Palladium Crowley is still completing the other buildings here--so think there are apartments available in the future.

Kayla is one of the most patient, understanding, caring, and generous people I know. She has put up with me calling every other day about the apartment. Everything she told me that would happen, happened exactly like she said. She kept me updated and there was never a time that I was confused or had a question about something. She has great customer service and always keeps a smile on her face. The process was easy short and sweet and to the point. Thank you Kayla for all your help and I look forward to many years of living here!

I have zero complaints and if i had to complain about something it would just be how long the process was, but its a new apartment complex and they have so many people going in and out i had no problem with waiting because they kept in contact and made sure to keep me updated on what's going on. Kayla was super welcoming from start to finish. Overall 10/10.

Palladium Crowley apartment is a beautiful complex. Brand new complex and I love it already. It was well worth the wait! It did take a while to get moved in put I can say that’ people should trust the process and be patient the ladies in the office are super warm and helpful. They call and make sure that you stay updated with your status very well. I have moved in and referred more people to come the units are soooo spacious that I was amazed. Even though a lot of people or coming in and out the office Kayla is there making sure that she is warm and greeting everyone that comes in. Kayla and Allison are a perfect team they put up with me and all my trillion needs and made me stress less on the moving process. They know there stuff.Thanks ladies! Very sweet and professional! These apartments ROCK!
