I bought a package that included tire clean and wheel shine, and car wash did not due either. When I talked to and employee she asked us to run truck through wash again. Went through wash again and it still didn't do what promised. Spoke to manager, and all she offered was for me to run truck again. I told her I was not gonna run truck through wash all day if it wasn't gonna work. I requested a gift card or refund for my package and she said she couldn't do either. I'm not happy that I've paid for a service that I didn't receive.

Just left the carwash. Did not expect a hard sale there. Pulled up to pay terminal and guy stick his head in my car and face. Trying to sell me a monthly subscription. I said no thanks then he said you got a nice and expensive watch...starts pushing a subscription. I am just waiting for the gate to come up so I can leave. Great way to trap your customers to buy something.

They don't pressure you to buy anything in fact you pay at a self-service machine, so no having someone pressure you into buying stuff, that you may or may not want or need like the "space place" down the road. Prices are fair and good, for what you get and receive. Free vacuums, towels to finish drying with if you wish to use them as well

I used the service for the first time the other day and I was so pleased with the help I received. Your employee, Seth was such a pleasure to work with. I just moved to TX from NY and I was a little lost on how to use the service since it’s so different than what I’m use to and Seth made my experience a great one. Nice and smooth! He was so pleasant and helpful. I live around Arlington but would rather drive to Crowley every-time I need a car wash just because of how well the customer service was! You can’t get that everywhere. Thank you for having great employees working for your company:-)
