This place will be shut down just like a lot of other place's that allow bad people to manage them I don’t understand how companies will allow these types of people to be in management messing up their livelihood. God see you and God will repay in His perfect timing,sorry all you people had to experience this and thanks for giving your reviews it saves a lot other’s heartache and pain.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They have a horrible roach problem that they do nothing about. I have several videos and pictures of them. The structure is bad so there are open cracks in walls. I’ve told them since day 1 that my dishwasher door has a large burn in the door with mold on it from the previous tenant and to this day (almost a year later) my dishwasher hasn’t been replaced. Trash is left everywhere!! Pets aren’t welcomed but so many people in my building alone have pets! I’ve complained to the office staff, wrote and spoke with someone one in the corporate office and just recently put a call in to code compliance. This place needs serious investigation. They were being inspected and sent a letter out ask us to get rid of all evidence of roaches both dead and alive. I’m not moving anything. Those inspectors need to see how filthy they have tenants living.

😀🤳 I live here. Luckily I live in the spot where people are nice. That doesn’t change anything. Lady downstairs complained that she had rats in her walls eating on things in her house. We got rats living on our Porch. And roaches. We barley see them anymore though. This is sad. And they don’t accept spectrum wifi. Now it’s not to terrible unless you live on the first floor or third floor(the stairs) other than that it is live-able. Would I recommend? Probably not: If you find a apartment around here that you FOR SURE, no has nothing in it. Your good.

I lived here for 1 year. I have a 2 year old daughter and I kid you not this is the worst place to live. I stayed to myself and no one new me. During this time my moms car was stolen, Kay was nice the whole time until I put in my notice to move and she started having attitude, kids are all out at night stealing smoking making loud noises and I stayed on the 3rd floor. If you are just looking a place to live and cheap or is on government assistance this is not the place. Please go somewhere else. I payed my rent on time, had no issues, I moved out and they said I owed 85 which I left the apartment is great condition. Everyone is rude in the office except Portia. By the way I was not on government assistance. This is not a safe place. Someone needs to go by and really look into these apartments to see what they can do better
