My order was wrong. When I called the store to tell them. The manager Gabriel was very rude. I called three times till I finally got through. When I told him I sent my bread sticks back. He said it would be 25 minutes. I waited all night. They never came back. So upsetting paying for food you never got. Plus a $5 tip I gave the driver. That didn't really deserve it. So sloppy and messy. Looked like he needed a shower.
Repeatedly Dissatisfied
This place is REALLY bad, and an absolute disgrace to the Pizza Hut name! I literally cannot get delivery because this location is "my location" and no one else will deliver. The first time I ordered from this location (2/5/22 @ 10:30pm), I was told that they didn't have any drivers and they couldn't figure out how to transfer an online/app order over to DoorDash/UberEats, and therefore I would have to come pick it up. That wouldn't work for my situation so they offered me a $25 gift card which expired in 30 days. Regardless, I ordered elsewhere so I could have it delivered. Hard to imagine tho...a pizza place...that doesn't deliver? The second time I ordered from this location (3/13/22 @ 9:45pm), I didn't receive: -1 two-liter Dr. Pepper -1 garlic dipping sauce -3 marinara dipping sauces -1 cream cheese dipping sauce (I got 2 blue cheese...like I wouldn't notice or something?) I did receive an order of mini-CinnaBuns which I didn't order. The driver said they were extra and the staff gave them to him but he didn't want to eat them since he was on a diet. I am 100% sure those were someone else's mini-CinnaBuns and not "extra" at all. I called the location and the employee didn't really care at all. He just blamed the driver but started yelling when I asked if the driver was the one who put the sauces in the box...because we ALL know that's not their responsibility. He once again offered the standard $25 gift card which expires in 30 days. My total order was $39.00 after a significant driver's tip during these high gas prices. They ended up charging me only about $17 for some reason. I suppose it was an attempt to get me to not write this review, but that employee was such a jerk with his, "Dude, you're just missing some sauces!" comment. I mean, A) I don't have my giant drink, and B) I don't want to eat my breadsticks without the marinara sauce. That's why I took the time to SPECIFICALLY ORDER & PAY FOR EXTRAS, but I got NONE!

I there were 0 stars I would give it here! Waited 90 minutes for this called “pizza”,?called the store for an explanation , payed 30 dollars they offer me 15 dollars in store credit ! I asked them to remake it and I got the same thing. Unbelievable, never ever would I order from here again. Employees need more training in food preparation, give the customers what they payed for…thanks

Worst Pizza Hut in the whole area, they take no care in anything they do, pizza thrown together, barely sliced, and the freshness label (what a joke) is always 90% ripped. It takes 45 minutes from when it leaves the store to actually being delivered so its cold and chewy, and they don't care. Never respond to feedback, awful. Sucks that we don't have a choice of delivery store because Harwood is way better
