The service was terrible and the food was terrible. Our fries came out 20 minutes after our food and the waitress told us that the fries had been in the back the whole time... and she still brought us the cold fries. We waited forever for our waters to be refilled as well. On top of all of that... we abruptly left due to crawling bugs on the wall. The manager saw the scene that I (unintentionally) made when leaving the booth and didn't offer ANY kind of reconciliation when my husband was getting our things to leave. What kind of food service manager doesn't try to rectify something like that?

If I was able to put no stars I WOULD. I will never come back to this location. Food has been all wrong, cold, and over cooked. This place needs a re-evaluation of what needs to go on at this restaurant. From our hostess to the manager just had bad customer service. Miscommunication and they kept bring food to our table that we didn’t order. WE ARE NOW CURRENTLY SITTING HERE WAITING FOR THEM TO GET OUR TICKETS RIGHT WHICH ALL OF THEM ARE WRONG. They just bought us are new ticket and they are still incorrect. I truly hate this place. Then the second person we thought was the manager was actually the owner he is the rude and told us he was coming back and never did. He helped the other table and disappeared!!! After 1 hour later we still continue to get wrong tickets and they swipe our card for the wrong amount. At this point we are counting our loses

This location needs improvement by kitchen staff. We ordered 20 piece wings and queso dip. The chips tasted drenched in oil. The lemon pepper wings had seasoning on 2 wings but not the other 5 wings. The lemon pepper seasoning was sitting at the bottom of our pan. Our server did a wonderful job and went back to the kitchen manager to ask about a discount. The kitchen manager said since it’s just 5 wings he couldn’t give us a discount. Just haven’t heard of the customer not being right and a manager not coming out from the kitchen to speak to customers about the situation. I think as a manager that’s very unprofessional and unprofessional to even have the server bring out that tray of mess. We spoke to another manager who manages the front part of the restaurant and he was willing to give us a discount for our bad experience. Most likely I will not be returning to this location. The wings weren’t too good and they were over cooked and dry.

Although there have been a few bumps here and there with this location, they consistent. We like to get all flats and extra wet and only when there is a chicken shortage do we ever have an issue with this request. Always like to pick up an order on BOGO Tuesdays!
