I had a great experience at Capital Subaru. Jason Perry was very helpful and patient with me during the process of getting my car. I have been at this location multiple times because i was careful about model and color. Every time i was there everyone who i spoke with was very nice. Jason was patient and understood my dilemma with the models and colors. Super happy i chose Capital Subaru as they were the nicest out of all other Subaru dealerships in the area. We came from the East Bay because the conversation with product specialist Samantha Bernal went very well. Samantha has a great knowledge about all changes in new models, she professionally answered all questions related to the purchase, also she was friendly and helpful. There was a car that I wanted to buy (while in other local dealerships we need to order in advance and wait few days-weeks). So a few hours later we drove back home in a new Subaru Crosstrek.
