Bassett has become so unorganized. I had an appt w primary. They canceled it without letting me know, no phone call,letter etc.. went to reschedule and they said they are booking out 3 months ! I was recently in a car accident and need to be seen. This is not the only issue. Finding another facility

Excellent place for both primary care and women’s health! They are super respectful and compassionate toward their patients and I’ve never had to wait over 5 minutes when in the waiting room.

You wait on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before they direct your call to the pediatricians office. The doctors and staff are wonderful.

The rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I brought a friend here recently who was rudely turned away and told he needed to leave. With no explanation. I visited here once before for lumps in my wrists that caused numbness and extreme pain in my hands. The doctor was extremely rude and not once checked my wrist. Simply told me “It’s not cancerous.” And told me there was nothing he would do for me. That I just needed to “deal with it.” VERY unprofessional. No hospitality. Should be closed down.
