I have never been treated more poorly than I was treated by their employee Matthew. I walked in to the store 5 minutes before they closed with enough time to make a simple return. He made a mistake on the return and didn't refund me for a $40 item. When asked about it he said everything was correct. At this point I should have been out of the door BEFORE the store closed but he made a mistake. He had lined everything out on the counter to scan and obviously missed this item because I came in too close to closing time. He kept in insisting that the return was correct until I pointed out the item that was not refunded. He (and other coworker in store) both snarkily responded "WE'RE CLOSED!" Yes you are closed now, and I would have been out of the door had you not tried to screw me out of an item on my return. There are tons of O'Reilly's in the area, don't shop at this one if you want any resemblance of customer service!

I don't thiñk I have been treated worse by any auto parts company in my life. The person was rude could care less about helping me or trying to work within the situation. I believe being a male and not Hispanic played a large role.

This I the place I go when needing parts. My car battery died 2 years into a 3 year warranty. They tested the battery and then gave me a new one for free! Months back my wife needed a new motorcycle battery and we went to a bike parts store, they gave us the wrong one. Called O'Reilly and they had the right one.
