Extra Space is a great place to store your belongings. Most units are covered so you are not out in the weather and the climate is comfortable. I have never experienced any damage from water or bugs or heat. The staff is friendly and will work with your needs. I have always had a good experience at the Mississippi and Harlan location.

The customer service at this location is 5 star! They helped me find a storage space that was closer to the entry way to accommodate a large semi truck moving company. Once my move was done and storage was emptied, they closed out my account SUPER quick for me. Moving is hard, so always nice when something like storage goes smoothly.

I have been at Extra Space Storage since 2012. I have met many new employees and managers. From Shannon to Melissa and now I have met Cynthia. They all have been VERY nice and keep the property as safe as possible. However Cynthia has gone ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty for me. She will be an EXCELLENT manager.
