The instructors we’ve had for our two toddlers have been amazing! Always patient, giving one on one attention even during larger group lessons. You can't beat The Y for their great hours, multiple locations, and varied amenities! The main appeals of this facility were the clean and orderly weight room, pool, and multiple locations across the nation. The staff and other members are all friendly and polite as well, creating a wonderful atmosphere you don't always see at other athletic facilities. Northwest Family YMCA is a beautiful facility. Up to date equipment and friendly staff. I especially love the art department. My new obsession is pottery: wheel throwing and hand building. The instructions are knowledgeable and love what they do. What a great way to unwind after work. I have had so much fun. Look out! Everyone is getting a hand made pot this year for Christmas!

They acknowledge the state ruling but are saying they are waiting for YMCA policy update as well as county. So... mask for now
If you have a Y membership you can sign in to the YMCA web site and schedule a visit, it will show you what exercise programs are available. Each class needs to be signed up for in advance.
They don't do day passes. They do give tours tho. Kinda lame
They only have their 2019 schedule online right now so you should just call them.

You can only use the pool with a membership. Prices vary.
And if you need your towel to dry we have little dryers that help dry them but you have to put one at a time. It should tell you how it works
The Y in Baldwinsville does not currently sell day passes and is not open to guests at this time due to high volume, but the other Ys in the Greater Syracuse area all are accepting guests and some offer day passes.
