So, I saw on my credit card that I had been charged in the month of April for my membership, despite the fact that Sienna wasn't open due to the Stay at Home Order. I emailed Chris & Terry to let them know & ask for a refund. They got back to me quickly explaining that it all happened so fast & they had no way to freeze all accounts before closing. They are refunding my April payment, put my account on freeze while they are closed & will reactivate when they open. They thanked me for being a part of their business & were just amazing & professional. I will continue to support this business when it is safe to do so. If you are looking for some light therapy at the end of this tunnel I could not recommended this establishment more!!

I chose this salon because it was close to my house and they mailed out a coupon with Valpak. I only purchased four single tans, but each time I went, I had a great experience. All the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. Highly recommend 😊
