This place looks nice enough from the pictures but The woman I spoke to on the phone (the owner im assuming) was extremely rude! My husband and i are going to be traveling for a show a block away and wont be able to drive all the way home after. All other hotels are booked, I asked about a spot, she said they were full. Understandable, so I politely asked if we could just take a nap in our car in the parking lot and said I'd still pay her the price of a spot, she said in a excessivly disgusted tone "your not squatting on my property absolutly not!" and before I could ask if she knew of anywhere else we might be able to stay, she hung up on me! I really hope not all the other employees behave like this..

I have lived there for the past 2 1/2 years or so. The trailer park is kept fairly clean and maintained and for an affordable price. RV parking is by reservation only and most generally is full. Sheriff patrols are you quite often and crime is next to none. Neighbors mind their own business.

We had a great experience at this community during our last visit during Frontier Days. We love the location, close to the highway, next to a great saloon that provides great live concerts. The facilities were clean and Terrie the property manager was marvelous to deal with, we loved her enthusiasm and willingness to help. We'll definitely be back next year! Thank you.
