Services was quick and easy. But I also got there first. I went in for an oil change but they also put in air filters and ac filters for me, which saved me a second trip. Employees were nice and friendly and professional about what services I wanted and recommendations.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Convoy in Kearny Mesa for an oil change and I was greeted by a very kind employee. He was efficient in getting my information. I sat in a small lounge with a TV and bathroom. The service took about 20 minutes and I had a coupon that was applied to my purchase.

I was originally going to knock this down a star only based on the prices....but the service was SO fast, and every single employee there was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuine that they alone deserve 5 stars. I came here from a recommendation from the shop I usually go to. (My regular shop was booked for the day, and I needed a quick oil change before a week long road trip) I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was a little sticker-shocked at the price of an oil change (starts at $49 and goes up depending on the type of oil you pick), but the kind employee ringing me up found a discount to knock $10 off. A+ service
