The doctors there do not have any compassion for people with disabilities@!@ Also I called back to talk o the receptionist and he apologized for Dr Pfeifer. I told him that the uncompasionate Dr needs to apologize. She seemed upset about my ear wax. This is the reason for my hearing loss. Don't they get it!!! Now professional hearing aids has offered me money to reverse my negative comments. I still have not received any apologies from dr pfeizer.
