We brought our 16 family members - mostly kids - to MT and had to include rafting on the Gallatin. We're so glad we chose this group! Since we wanted all 3 boats to be together, those chose the perfect part of the river to provide calm for some and exciting rapids for others. The 3 guides we had were great. We also took advantage of the zip lines. That adventure never grows old!!

Our extended family of 11 had a great time with Geyser! We had an age range of 8 to 68 and everyone had a great time. Our guides were fantastic and great at accommodating each person's skill level. Two of the older members of our group had had shoulder surgery, and they were able to participate without issue. I have been on several whitewater rafting trips, and the staff at Geyser is top notch. As for the ride down the Gallatin river, it was pretty good. None of the rapids were too difficult, which was good for the whole family. But, they were exciting enough that we had a fun, exciting time. (Some of the more adventurous would have like some tougher rapids). The 2 hour trip was just right for families with children.

We went on the upper rapids yesterday since we had a few kids that had never been. Our guide was Mel she was AMAZING!! She was great with the kids!! We loved it so much we decided to go again. Today we did the lower rapids. Kyle was our guide. He was great as well. They were all super great. We had one child that was too young to do a short part of it, but instead of just not letting him go they stopped had a driver take him and meet us after the class IV and continue with us.

Absolutely fantastic time!! We are a family with 8 people and we had two rafts. Both guides were wonderful and told us the history of the river as we descended. They trained us and gave clear directions. None of us had previous experience. The pictures they made available afterwards were wonderful-an extra fee but worth it. Definitely do this if you are in Big Sky during the summer!
