the lady at the front desk is horrible! I have never been there and got yelled at for knowing nothing. Luckily there was a good guy in the service yard that made my trip better and was helpful.

My mom worked at Midwest Scrap for 30 years. She knew lots of people and became friends with quite a few customers. Many came to pay their respect when she passed away.

All of the employees except 1 were helpful and nice. I hadn't been there before. The woman in the trailer doing the paperwork was extremely rude! Bit my head off because I hadn't driven across the scale first even though I had no idea I needed to since I only had bags of aluminum cans.There's no signage with instructions regarding what to do or where to go. The gentleman in the office seemingly kept trying to get her to stop by waving her off but she kept sticking her head around him to chew me out. Probably won't go back because you have to deal with her.
