I have had a couple bad experiences at this location in the past but I wanted to try again. Pizza was piping hot and very good!! Best 1 I have gotten thus far and speedy. Hope this is the new trend.

State Of Disaster

This pizza hut used to be really good with orders. Not anymore. I have yet to call them and complain and I haven't yet, but I feel like I'm doing trying with them and going to domino's... 5 times FIVE I've given them the chance to fix the bbq sauce issue. I was nice and didn't call and company, I just figured eventually someone would start doing there job or someone else on quality control would catch the issue. Nope. 5 times I've order EXTRA bbq sauce. I get pizzas that show up with no sauce. I even put this in the special order instructions to help remind them, " extra bbq order". I'll attach my order and photos, oh yeah and the extra money I pay for the bbq, they send me a tiny container of it...

They are nice with great customer service. We order from them a lot. One time though, I ordered a 12 piece wing but received 11. (Yes, I had to complain because their wings are expensive but they are so good) anyway, I called them & told them about it and they literally came back to bring me 12 wings. Good food and fast.

So, upon delivery, my driver, Nehemiah, presented me with this. I don't know if it was because he nearly dropped, but caught the box before delivery, or if he was driving like crazy and my pizza slid all over the seat. The driver's can at least check the pizza before they deliver them, or at least tell us if something did happen. Trying to get the first piece that was all mashed into the others was fun. But hey, pizza is pizza, and it was good.
