Good luck trying to get your order inside. Seems like they definitely prioritize the drive thru and drive up over the dine in service. I understand that they might be short staffed but they take out orders at a higher rate than they give out inside.

McDonald's isn't so bad when they follow your request in how you want your food prepared. Although I could never give them 5 stars. The food just isn't that good. 😕

New remodel of playplace is great. Lots of open space and tables to monitor your kids. Enclosed so that kids are not bothering other people. It has it’s own bathroom that needs better floor cleaning but at least it’s conveniently located. Main part of the restaurant is always clean and well maintained. They do have self serve ordering kiosks for when the line gets long. Staff goes out of their way to help people. They go through the trouble of bringing orders with happy meals to kids section. Sometimes you just can’t get away to get order if you are by yourself with the kids.
