My package is always lost and they will say it is delivered but its not there. Just seriously the worst. People work hard for those packages and this is how they do it. Shame

This post office will go OUT OF ITS WAY to not only RIP YOU OFF, but make sure that you CANNOT FILE A CLAIM ABOUT THE PATHETIC SERVICE PAID FOR, either! I paid for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OF AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF LEGAL MAIL! Not only was the mail delivered 4 days late, but when I went to file a refund claim, THIS EL CENTRO POST OFFICE WOULD NOT ALLOW THE CLAIM FORM TO BE SUBMITTED TO ANYONE BUT THE "POSTMASTER", WHO, CONVEINIENTLY ENOUGH, WAS NEVER AROUND! My claim was DENIED by both St. Louis and the Washington, DC appeals on this issue. It took getting my credit card to reverse the charge to get my money back! DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE, AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

No you would have to wait until it says available for pick up after they attempt delivery. It would already be on a delivery vehicle by now.
There is express from one day to another, priorty mail that lasts 2-3 days, and only stamps 3-5 days but the only one guaranteed is express or your money is returned if it does not arrive on time
I believe you can do it online at USPS.gov. If not you can pick up a form at the post office and drop it in any mail box or hand it to a clerk.
