The place was dirty. Faucets driped. The bedding was stained. Homeless camp right across from the entrance. Freeway.runs literally over part of the hotel. The parking is so close it is really hard to park. The tub was stained the drain was rusty. Would not recommend that place to anyone.gave one star because had to leave something to leave a review.

Room was disgusting! Travel all the way from Arizona, tired and wanted to go relax with 3 kids, my little brother and spouse before touring San Diego. Bathroom had mold, bed had blood or some type of red liquid on it. Room smelled like urine. Asked to cancel my reservation and was told I wouldnโt get my fees back, even after I explained the room condition. Front desk lady was not very friendly and seem to not care at all. Definitely giving this property zero stars!!!!!!! Desk lady couldโve at least gave me my money back but I was still charged for the first night, smh!?!?!?!

The bed was mattress sank in the middle. Got bit , 4 day's later I'm still hurting. I called, spoke to the desk clerk, she told me she was busy and hug up. I wrote a review but I haven't seen the review. So I gave the review a 5 star to see if the review can be seen by other . You need to know. The hotel is in a bad area. I want to put pictures but can't seem to.

This is a good spot for basic shelter. The room smelled of bleach, but paint was stained, and chipping away in some corners. The beds were comfortable and clean. Towels again were clean, but had some staining. One of the two bedspreads had a burn hole (we listed no preference and were given a smoking room... amazingly it did not smell of smoke at all, just bleach). Be careful while showering! If the toilet is flushed in an adjacent room the shower gets super hot ๐ฅต. When the sink is used in an adjacent room the shower becomes ice cold ๐ฅถ. They only provide bar soap so make sure you have shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer (especially if you use the soap). The exhaust fan did not work and the fixture was hanging away from the ceiling. There were noticeably bad attempts to re-surface the bathtub, but it was still clean, if not pretty. The TV was small, but worked well and we were happy to find the little fridge. We would have appreciated a second night stand or small table (there was space available for sure). Be aware there is no coffee maker, or blow drier so if you can't do without them, bring them with. The flood light and train traffic were mildly irritating, but nothing to keep you up too late. If you're headed to Old Towne, Sea World, or planning to be on the go, this is a great way to save some money ๐ค.

Yes it has a pool and its about a 1/4 Mile from all the restaurants
Your question seems directed at the motel itself. If you want to rent a long-term motel in San Diego, look to the small hotels on El Cajรณn Blvd. You will never rent a San Diego motel for more than 28 days since no motel wants you to establish tenant rights. I've only seen weekly rentals.
