Took our annual summer camping trip here this year, we have two kids (11 and 13 years old), we had a fantastic time. We stayed Thurs-Sun at the camp site. The showers and laundry on site are very convenient. The Pool was a blast for the kids with snacks they loved available. We also played volleyball at the court and explored the creek. The Greenhouse was awesome for my husband and I to get away and have adult time. We rented sleds and sandboards to take to the Dunes and it was awesome, we went twice. We got firewood each day at the front desk. All around a great trip, we will be back.

"Utter Pandemonium" best describes the atmosphere of this place. Inadequate changing rooms, showers, toilets and seating. They need to invest some money into making their family space as nice as the 21 and over Greenhouse. With only two pools, the larger one was overcrowded, loud, and just your basic swimming pool. The other was too hot to be able to enjoy for any amount of time. This is probably a great place for kids, but I pity their parents trying to endure the conditions for their kiddos to enjoy. To the owners: invest some money; larger locker rooms, at least one more pool. Give those with families some chance for enjoyment. Enjoyment shouldn't be exclusive to those over 21.

We travel with our RV from Fort Collins (about 5 hours) to visit this pool. We’ve visited 3 times in the past 4 years for Spring Break. The views are so pretty! The staff is really friendly. The campgrounds are kept neat, and the restrooms are clean and well stocked. The pool is great! When we visited, the temperature ranged from just above freezing in the morning to the 50s at the peak of the day. The water temperature varies depending on how close you are to where it fills, but there isn’t a cold spot in the pool. There’s a baby pool for the little ones, and the big pool goes from 3ft to a deep end with diving boards. The ladies showers were completely clean. There’s free air to fill your inflatables for the pool. The kids love the snack/gift shop, and you can rent water toys if you don’t bring your own. The grille has a great variety of really yummy foods.

The Green House is the BEST! We had the most fun and relaxing day here. It’s an adults-only enclosed area with 5 pools/tubs of varying temperatures of natural hot springs water. The hottest tub was around 111* and is called “coffin”. Then, you can cool off in the other various pools. We went in the middle of the winter, and spent all day here. They have a restaurant and a bar with a lot of variety in food and drink. On the grounds they also have a family friendly outdoor pool, snack bar, gift shop and golf simulators. It’s welcoming to tourists and locals alike. I hope to go back again someday!

Yes you can 👍 they have tables set up ,horseshoe pits, basketball courts ,and a picnic area once you get in it's an awesome place🏊
There are several places to soak, differing temps. Main pool is around 100, I think.
Yes, but they are kinda to relaxed about them. Fiancée and I went to the adult pool, had a reservation, and we got there right on time. The bartender was telling the manager she was over capacity and the manager basically shrugged. We left and came back in the morning when practically nobody was there. So if you wanted to it seems they didn't care to much.
Yes there are tent sites. If you're looking to get into the hot springs you get 1/2 off swimming with tent or RV reservations.
As far as I know the pool is closed on Thursday's so I would imagine the whole place is closed but could also just be a winter thing. Give them a call & ask.
They have small cabins available on site otherwise you might get a room at the small motel in Mosca which is the town its in or Alamosa which is only about 20-30min away
