Always love bdubs but the vegetables have consistently been bad… and for how often it has happened when we order, just wanted to start documenting. Also the cilantro I really hoped they would have listened and not put on as I asked for it to be removed.

Our bone in wings were excellent. Ordered the 10 wing lunch special which comes with fries and a drink. Perfect amount of wing sauce and served nice and hot. Our server Sydney was above average and took great care of our table. The little things make a big difference.

“loaded brisket” nachos. first we wanted the sampler, they ran out of onion rings so they wouldn’t let us sub anything. so we settled for “loaded” nachos”. came out cold, with very scant brisket. (extra x.xx charged for the nachos if you want meat.) we told the server we weren’t pleased, so they put it back in the oven, burnt the chips. brought the same platter back out. then brought us another small cup of meat. both our plates of wings were cold too. hubby’s came out 20 min after mine. ☹️ i hate leaving negative reviews but this could’ve all been avoided truly.

I noticed as a guest they have all protocols in place for covid dining in, cleaning regularly and masks worn.
Depends what time you call. I usually order online, but it still takes a lot of time for my order to get ready relative to what I'm told my food will be ready. While waiting, I've seen the cashier pick it up. However, she still has a line of people waiting for pickup. It's a big Charlie Foxtrot every Tue and Thurs. I bought their lemon chicken spice just so I can still have my chicken wing fix without the wait.
