I just came from getting my nails done by Kathy at CoCo Nails in the Gateway Plaza in Lincoln. She did a fabulous job! My cuticles bleed easily and Kathy was very careful. I’ve been getting my nails done since 1986 and these are the best nails I’ve ever had! Thank you, Kathy! I highly recommend CoCo Nails! Linda B.

If I could give a 0 ⭐️ I would! I have been coming to this salon for years. I always call to make an appt for that afternoon and always let them know I need to leave by a certain time and they have usually been able to accommodate me. When they know they can't get me out on time they let me know and I schedule for another day. Today I called to make a 3:20 appt and asked if they could get me done by 4:20, and they said no problem. I hit a lot of traffic on my way there and was running 5 min late so I called to let them know, again they said no problem. When I got there I was led to a seat and reminded Jaden that I did need to be out of there by 4:20 so I could pick up my 2 year old on time. That's when Jaden got a total ATTITUDE with me. I tried to just ignore it and showed Hannah what I wanted and asked if we would have enough time to do it. She said she couldn't do exactly like the picture and I asked if she could get it close and she said she could. Jaden still had an attitude with me when they asked me to move chairs. When I sat at Hannah's station I told her I had been coming here for years and never been treated like that....her response was that he's usually so nice, something must have upset him. No empathy for the customer feeling mistreated. She also acknowledged that she recognized me. I am not a rude customer. I am always nice and always tip well. I can absolutely see why her business partner sold her Coco's because Jaden is absolutely awful and should not be running this nail salon. He is shady and rude!! Do not get your nails done at Coco's!!! They have always been busy......they weren't today, probably because they've lost all of their regular customers because Jaden is a jerk. I will never give them any more of my business and will tell everybody I know not to go there either. As I walked out he even had rude comments as I walked out the door, that's why I'm writing this review....it wasn't necessary. Stay away from Coco's and Jaden's shady, rude, unnecessary attitude!

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING!! I recently moved to Lincoln and was looking for a local place to get my nails done. I should have done better research before I went in. I wanted a simple ombre design on my acrylic nails. The workers argued with me saying I needed a new set to do an acrylic powder ombre. I honestly should have walked out then. I know from experience I did not need a new set. It hurt so bad to take off my set because they were not lifting at all. I feel like they were taking advantage of me and just trying to charge me more money. The lady who did my nails was nice but I feel like they lacking in customer service and skill. I am honestly embarrassed by my nails and I can't believe I paid $75 including tip for my nails. Overall they are overpriced, lacking in customer service and skill.
