Im not going to lie, i love coming to Burlington, the problem is the fact that when it comes to return, its the same purchasing line. I don’t understand why they don’t do two lines ; purchasing and return. You see people standing in line and sometimes its me as well, all we need is to return and we are trying to be quickly out and yet we have to stand in the purchase line and then some cashiers have more training for returns and even they might get frustrated because they need assistance. The frustration transfers to the customers because on one occasion i had to wait for the other cashier to be done and get transferred over to someone else. Just something to keep in mind from a loyal customer .

Please provide more cashiers! The wait is more than an hour and the clients do not participate social distance. Love the prices and the staff is good for welcoming you!

Lovely selection of many variety of goods, clean store and organize, once you look you may need to have someone wait in line or be patient because the items you get are a good value for the price and even on clearance.

Always find good things here! Currently waiting in line for over 30 minutes because they only have one cashier who is obviously not happy with her job. Employees are walking around everywhere when I asked they said they couldn’t open another register because they were doing inventory and told not to open. Absolutely awful customer service.
