The Bridges Student Apartments

I’ve lived at the bridges for 2 years and it was the worst experience. During my first year my former roommate and I had a fight that unfortunately involved the cops. When I asked management if I can move out due to the fear of my safety, they insisted that I would have to pay a fine to move into another unit and they can’t do anything to help me. Management has history of coming into units with no notice then when confronted, lie to your face about they sent you a text and a call. Everything about this apartment complex is about money and with no regards of the tenants, accommodations, or sincerity. Rooms are small and the wall paint are so easy to leave a mark, you will never receive your deposit back. They like to claim they’ve transitioned into a better management but in reality nothing changed and it only made them worst.

Stayed here for 7 months, really nice apartment with study rooms, gym, and other amenities. Negative: Pricey, management can be improved

I don’t live here, but I’ve had a lot of friends that have. From what all of them have experienced, I would never in a million years recommend the Bridges to anyone. It’s considered student living, but you pay an obscene amount of money to live in a shoebox. The bedrooms and living area are criminally small. Not to mention, the Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE and doesn’t even work. My friends that live there don’t even use it. Also, they’ve been barged in on without warning, TWICE. Imagine doing that to someone in their home. Just because there is “management” in an apartment, doesn’t make the tenants any less deserving of privacy. The Bridges is just embarrassing at this point.

We signed our lease before the building was even finished and have lived here for 3 years. The management and ownership has been very disappointing in the past year. They prioritize potential tenants more than their current loyal residents. The two maintenance employees are fantastic though. Would not recommend living here.All of our residents are important, and we are sincerely sorry that you have experienced a problem.
