Used to be my number one spot aside from regular grocery stores. Lately finding expired food and my box products had bugs in them. Still not too bad. Just pay attention to the expiration date!

Courtesy and friendliness always from employees. Good value. READ THE FOLLOWING PLEASE!!! A few months ago I wrote the above review. I visited this store everyday on my way to work and again on my way back home from work. I spend an average of $10 to 30 dollars every day at this location. And an average of $100 or more on groceries on the weekends at another of their other locations close to my home. Have been a customer to them in different States and Cities for many years. Never had a problem until April 14, 2021. I went to this store in after work . Just needed a couple of sodas and some snacks. I grabbed the sodas and started to walk towards the register to pay and leave. There was a Little Debbie display in the cross aisle which was a bit narrow for people to walk through. As I walked by it, my jacket sleeve got caught on a sharp edge and got torn. I immediately went and notified the night manager who happened to be nearby. I added that it could be a potential hazard and that someone could get cut on that sharp edge injuring them badly. Fortunately, I was wearing a jacket which protected me. However, I did damage my 2 month old jacket. She felt the edges, agreed and moved the display apart a little creating more space in the aisle. Although she never apologized at all. I took pictures of the aisle, display rack and my jacket. In an effort to get reimbursed for my two month old jacket I asked her for her corporate head quarters phone number. She gave me the day manager's "Angel" cell phone number. I told her I knew Angel and would see him the next morning. Had it been an old garment I really wouldn't have cared. The next morning I went to the store and spoke to Angel (Mgr.) and he had me fill out an incident report and took a picture of the jacket and my receipt for the jacket which was only around $28 plus tax and was recently purchased on February 28, from Walmart.com. Then he saw the pictures I had taken. He said he would call his boss. I showed him the rack and where the sharp edges were he felt them and also agreed they were sharp. Although he never bothered to compare the rack edge too the height or "L " shape slice and tug damage on my jacket to see for himself how easy it was for someone to get caught or even injured in the same manner as I did. Instead, I got the sensation he was trying to deny the potential Hazard. He went to call his boss and came back within a few minutes claiming his boss did not see how that could be. Well I say... how could his boss tell if he wasn't there to physically see and feel the rack. With disappointment I turned to Angel and said to him that I had no reason to be making up stories like that and that the night manager had also witness the incident. I added that I spend more money at their store on a weekly basis than the jacket is worth. He replied yeah I know.... I know. and then said that they might pursuit this claim with the company who's rack belonged to . "Little Debbie". I left and waited a few weeks to hear from them. On one of my daily visits to continue to shop there I asked Angel what was going on with the claim and with a non chalant attitude he said... I turned in my claim and it's out of my hands as he raised his hands in the air. I felt being played like a grand piano. And would love to provide them with copies of my bank statements for at least the last six months so they can see how much money I bring in revenue to their company. Then they can multiply that over the past 20 years or more. That doesn't include all the family and friends I have recommended to them and as seen on my initial review. All that over a $30 dollar jacket. Their loss not mine. I lost a$30 dollar jacket, they'll lose thousands in business from me. I will not shop there again until I get reimbursed if ever. It's not about the jacket or the money. Its about doing what is right! By the way, I have not seen the display there again. but it might have been relocated to another section of the store. Not sure.
