My son and I had a blast kayaking today with AVA. We didn't have a specific guide for our kayaking adventure but were with 4 rafts and were entertained on the bus ride there and back by guides Nelson and River. There were awesome.

Highly recommend AVA rafting for a family fun trip floating the Colorado river. Erin was our guide and did a fantastic job making it a memorable experience for our 5 year old son. He was giddy with excitement while he had a front row seat for the class 2 rapids. Then on the calm section for the last third of the trip our son went to the back of the raft and was our temporary captain barking out orders. His favorite was "Abra Kadabra" which made the raft spin around in circles! You can't go wrong booking a family rafting trip with AVA!

5 stars. Christine did a great job! AVA has been around a long time, has excellent facilities, clean buses, and equipment all in good working order. Reasonable prices, great photos, fun guides. AVA will be our first choice for our future rafting adventures.

We did a kayak trip and the guides pulled in to a local hot spring right off the river and let us soak a while. Pretty cool...rafts wouldn't be able to beach there to go...so cool. River and Cam took really good care of us
