What a great experience. Everyone at this hotel was fabulous, friendly and very helpful! Jessi at the front desk got us checked in early when we wanted to go hike for the day. Made sure our room was clean and ready. She got us in at 11:am when check in was at 3. Stephanie the head of housekeeping made sure our room was ready. She said there was an issue with the drain and had the fixed before we check into the room Geoffrey at breakfast is from France. By adult children are both fluent in French and had some great conversations with him. Geoffrey said he doesn’t get to speak French much any more so it was a treat that he did with my girls! Diana at the front desk was super helpful. She stored our luggage after we checked out while we went Sand Hollow Park. I was concerned about theft. She said that was not the issue. She explained that the heat in the car was the bigger issue, especially if we had some electronics. Super friendly and helpful!! I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits St. George!

Stay away from this hotel or any Hilton’s!!! Totally not worth the price at all. This is a three-star hotel, but it's worse than many two-star hotels!!! Checked in at around 9:00 pm. Found out all the comforters and sheets are dirty and old, there is also a very awful smell from the comforter and the pillows. The shower head is old and it doesn’t work properly. The carpet is dirty too, obviously there is no clean. The bathroom was reeked of urine when we first came in to the room. 10:40pm finally changed a room, I expected it would be better. It made me so disappointed, same issues, but worse now, the air conditioner has a burned smell at room 206!!! But I am too tired of changing a room, especially the front desk lady gave us a room which is so far away from the first room, from 230 to 206, I have to walk a long way with my luggages. This is pandemic, you sure you have all rooms occupied??? Thank god, I learnt a lesson, when you see something clean, look close to it, closer and closer, it is not as clean as you see. Even though the front desk look nice and clean, this is just the cosmetics. Well, all these came together, I cannot even fall asleep, the dirty comforter, sheets, pillows, bad environment made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never go to hiltons any more. Honestly this is the worst hotel i have ever been in. Seriously, re-star the hotel

Solid place to stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. We had to change rooms after our first night after we extended our stay. Left a hair brush in the first room. Even though we stayed for two more nights, and asked the front desk twice a day for this two extra days about the brush, it was never found.

Positive: Clean and comfortable. Negative: Very noisy evening despite calling the desk. We had a multi night stay in town and left another hotel to come spend our second night at this one and still had noise issues on our floor.
