The floor was dirty, hair in refrigerator, whole room did not seem to be properly cleaned, mirrors not clean, bedspread not appear to be washed and the pool was very dirty. Debris at bottom and tiles not cleaned in long time. The staff were nice. Hole in wall and thermostat cover missing. Walkways outside room were stained and unclean. Overall— very unpleasant environment bc lack of customer / guests care and cleanliness. 🙏

Set our reservation over a week in advance, when we got here we were charged an additional $30.00 to check in early because my wife had her doctors appointment at 3:00p.m. as well and we needed to drop off our dogs. Then we get to our room and it has hair on the bed and shower so I tell the lady up front and she changes our room. We get to the new room and it too has hair in the shower, but the bed was clean thank God because when I said something there was no mention of a refund in price for the inconveniences all they could say is they don't have another smoking room available! Then we get settled in our room and find out that the A/C doesn't work, so I say something to the office and she said I'll get my maintenance guy on it. I see one of the maintenance guys today and all he does is turn it on, doesn't see if it's blowing cold air or anything.

My son and I are in the process of transitioning from homelessness, and we appreciate having a decent, inexpensive place to stay that allows pets. The staff has been very kind to us and accommodating when we need to extend our stay. When we checked back in this time, our room was without a microwave, and they provided one within a few hours, it really helps to be able to have healthier meals than just fast food.

They tried to charge me double the price that they quoted me over the phone. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room after they told me there would be both in the room. The A/C didn't work, they said they would fix it, they never did. TV wouldn't work they said they would send someone to get it working, no one ever came. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. I know it's an inexpensive motel so I didn't expect it to be like The Marriott or anything. It didn't even meet my very low expectations.
