Ordered a special order part, was told it would be two weeks out so I found it elsewhere and expected to pay the 25% restock. Instead of paying a 25% restocking fee, I was charged freight both ways, and the rep told me my total price would be 1400 to return a 1200 dollar order. I'm no math wizard, but that math doesn't match the literature on the invoice.

Stopped to look at a couple tractors, the lot was a little small and only had one sales person, but the workers were friendly and helpful. Sales person was busy and we were in a rush to get back on the road so they found someone to help us get info on a tractor. I could feel this wasnt a big company dealership as you walked in the door and very much family owned. Wish we had one of these around my area.
