These gals know there stuff! I had a wonderful experience at this clean and upkeep salon and am looking forward to visiting again! My experience was sanitary, gentle, and painless on my nails. I reached out over Facebook to book my appointment and got a response super quick, and booked a pedicure for Saturday. On Friday, the salon even messaged me to let me know a spot opened up ( sadly I was working and didn't see the message) but wow, what great customer service! I went to my appointment on Saturday and my first impressions are, the building is super clean and luxurious. I was greeted right away and was offered a complimentary drink. Lexi did my pedicure and she was fantastic, I loved her attention to detail and our conversation. I have been looking for a permeant spot to do my nails, and I definitely found it here! 10/10 recommend!!

This salon is beautiful and immacule. I have had three manis and one pedi and all of them were perfect. Lexi is a sweetheart. I will never go to another salon. I highly recommend Serenity.
