Like the employees. Today's experience was kind of sad because the coupons I had were not accepted, even though they read 25% off total purchase and the fabric was on sale, the coupon didn't differentiate.

This store is quite depressing. The staff are middle aged women who' never smile and talk amongst themselves and make you feel like you're imposing when you ask a question. Nobody looks like they want to be there and it feels empty and desolate.. I don't love going to this location but I have to because it's near my house. Hobby lobby is much better.

I could spend hours in here, so much selection! No shortage of different fabrics and crafting supplies. Very well organized and staff was helpful.

Where do I start. At the moment I'm disabled but today I decided since I was alone I would walk in, no wheelchair. Good thing cause the door would have been hard to deal with and no one was near by to help. That's another thing no one helped me. No one asked me even once. I was looked at and not a single person in that store once asked if I needed help. I walked the store hunched over slowly looking up and down the aisles multiple times. But the other people were asked if they needed help. But not once was I asked. I was trying to find fabric to make myself a turban for Thanksgiving to cover my head since I'm losing my hair. I was wearing i beanie today cause I try to cover my head when I go out. I'll try another location. Let's hope they don't just look at me and keep walking by.
