You have a simple word. I complain to this court to God. Every judge and every person who works in this court complain to God.

I have had numerous occasions to deal with the clerks over last 4 or 5 years on a variety of matters and have found them all to be nice, helpful, efficient, and competent. The couple of times I called they answered and were most helpful. The system is awful, lawyers oughtta be ashamed, but the clerks have been the bright spot.

Fix the damn phone system. Literally took over half an hour to get someone on the phone to pay off a traffic ticket. All they have is this automated system that tells you to flip the ticket over. No one to talk to if you don’t have a ticket for you. I finally had to press a random extension to get someone on the phone to give me the correct number which gives dead air half of the time that you call them. Completely screwed up system.

I've been trying to speak to someone for two weeks about a ticket and no will return my calls, I have been transfered to dead lines that go no where, and I'm usually out of town In college so it's difficult to go to the office. I just hoped this "system" would have been more helpful because none of the officers or the people I talk to will help me. There is probable a warrant out now since I'm In school stressing and pulling 3 all nighters In a week for finals and can't make it to the office.

Who? Im not sure
I also need the telephone number of the fines department
It's about $25. You have to pick up a request form from the district Court clerk.
Don't commit a crime and you won't go to jail. Once you commit a crime and your convicted to serve time . You surrender your rights as a normal functioning citizen, covid is not a excuse to avoid jail, not pay rent, drink drive, domestic violence or avoid child support. Next time follow the law which makes our society a normal functioning civilization.
Okay thank you
I suppose they will for a fee of course never hurts to call and ask.
Yes I'm sure you can
Yes, most judges charge $100.

If you are the one who scheduled the hearing previously then file an Amended Notice of Hearing. If the hearing was scheduled by the court’s order then you’ll need to petition the court to move the date. If someone else had scheduled a hearing you can not change it, you can only explain in writing why you can not appear.
$260 filing fee
Just call into the courthouse and explain. They will direct you to the right place
Google says 8-12 1-4pm
You could look online for a bail bondsman and call them they should be able to walk you through the process. Otherwise go into the clerks office and ask them what the process is.
Yes they do
No. No one at the courthouse is allowed to give you legal advice, unless they are an attorney who also happens to be there. But clerks, judges, etc. can't give you legal advice. Only an attorney can do so.
That will depend on what you're trying to pay. Filing fees are a no, I believe some fines are payable online though.
Google does not know.
