Very nice and peaceful there's many varieties of birds to watch and a boot ramp quarter mile away.

Cute little place. Perfect for boating, fishing, and kayaking out on the Missouri River. There's areas for tent and rv camping. There's a restroom and a play area for kids at the campground. There is a series of interconnected short trails that run through the trees behind the campground and connect to the river boating area. As of august 2021 parts of the trail close to river are fenced off due to large trees having fallen into the path. However nobody cares about it and visitors have obviously pushed the fencing aside lol

I believe that the campground itself has a no horse sign at the entrance. Was just there today. I believe I seen it.
Their site says $15/day for an electric site, $8/day for a tent site. You'll have to contact the park to see if you can stay for a month.
