We were disappointed. Our first visit was supposed to be a drop off, but the waiting area was heavily congested with various agitated pets, which majorly stressed out our cat. She was so agitated from her experience, that they could not complete her exam, and could only give her the steroid injection for her asthma. When we tried to make an appointment to complete her exam, we kept getting voice-mail. We'd leave a message with the office manager, but she never called back. Again, very disappointed 😞

Always courteous and friendly, usually on top of all things regarding my critters. Docs are top notch and offer lots of useful information and options if available. During the Gov's lockdown, they practiced all the proper sanitary precautions and stayed on the job even as other vets shut down, thus adding to PAH's burden. I would not hesitate to recommend PAH for your personal pets.

Everyone that works at the Prosser Animal Hospital have always been helpful, friendly and professional. They have always helped us whether it was scheduled or an emergency. They have always treated us with respect and have always did whatever was needed for our pets. I would highly recommend them for any problem that you may run into.

Such great service without breaking the bank! Had an urgent situation with my Labradoodle breaking a nail off and exposing the quick. They got her in quickly and took care of her.
