Super great customer service the very tall very friendly most wonderful customer service young man deserves at least four "10"s. I can't remember his name but he greeted each and every person was such enthusiasm and gave such great service that he deserves some kind of super super special reward. And his gregarious laugh absolutely made my day. I meant three wonderful ladies today and we sat together and talked and laughed for a half an hour maybe 45 minutes? We talked about many things and the ladies even prayed with and for me right before we left "THE PALACE OF INDESCRIBABLE AND DELICIOUS EDIBLES".!!! Service as usual was impeccable!!! Unfortunately prices have gone up so much that I can only afford once a year outings.. the only problem I had was that the picture of the chicken sandwich was nowhere not even close not even in the same city state or country close to the size of the chicken sandwich in the picture.. the picture shown in the restaurant and on TV shows a sandwich three to four times larger than the actual sandwich and that would be less than half the height of the picture.. that was extremely disappointing because my sandwich and salad were actually only worth about $4 instead of $$10 but then again prices on everything has gotten really out of hand. I did share a meal a couple of days ago with my BFF and we ordered the eight piece meal which was also very good and much closer to being worth the price. I will probably go back to my once a year pilgrimage mainly because of the prices. Thank you and please be sure to reward the special young man that took care of our order. Sincerely Mikie Mutter

Wasn't happy with last couple trips. The app shows deals we can order online or at restaurant yet the $30 bucket meal was all the sudden not offered, EVEN WITH THE COUPON AND SHOWING IT ON APP! Employees were rather rude about it as well. Go to spend $35 and end up spending A LOT more for A LOT less food! Long time customer, thinking about not returning to Speedway location again!! Very disappointed

I was at KFC in Speedway Indiana today I ordered 6 whole wings only. When I got my order I was extremely surprised of the so called whole wings I received these wings don't look like wings or whole wings they baby type of wings!! For the price I paid for this trash @KFC needs to go out of business! I see why your competitors are out selling you just with chicken wings along (full size 20 piece for $18.99) that's equal 50 pieces of #KFC ..this is Sad but True

The people don't greet you, thank you, or tell you to come again. The grill chicken was tiny, super tiny but good in taste and hot to touch. Chicken was the same size as the cookie😮 Advertising green beans but said they no longer carry them. The two stars are only because of the chicken 🤷🏾‍♀️
