Ordered a large Pho and 6 Egg Rolls. Seated quick, food came quick, classic Vietnamese cuisine.

There was very good food and many of the food ordered was quite nice. A robot brings the food, but a waiter still has to move the food from the robot to the table so I don't really see what the point is. The food is quite nice such as the B- foods and the sandwiches. Everything is great, but one thing to note is that they cut the noodles unnecessarily short in the phos. Generally I like my noodles uncut but even when they are cut in other places, it's not too short to the the point that you have to use the spoon.

Been eating at this location for about 10 years. Food quality and service is excellent. The meats are always great quality [specifically the rare steak], and the broth is perfection. I also like the locations in Mira Mesa and Poway.

Open floor plan, nice ambiance, and cool temp was impressive when I first walked in. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Great place for a group hangout - I can see that. As for the pho? Eh. The N1 was of moderate quality and not worth the $11.75. The usual accoutrements of fish sauce and chili paste were not on the table even though the sriracha and brown sauce were. I am glad I asked for extra lime because the one served with the brown-tipped sprouts yielded nothing except a challenge for my grip and forearm strength. If you like to eat with the table one inch from your belly, then sit in the booths. I think they were trying to maximize space and had customers with 22 inch waistlines in mind when installing these things. Although I would like to try their other dishes, I am in no hurry to return, if at all.
