Nice hotel. Clean, newer, kind staff. Pool and breakfast. Best hotel in Albert Lea in my opinion. Tucked away from the noise, but great location if passing through town. I have all of our visitors stay at the Holiday Inn.

Housekeeping was a disaster. Stayed 9 days and they refused to clean our room because we were an "extended" stay. Talked to General Manager and was assured our room would be cleaned on 6th day and it was not. Breakfast is same everyday and cold. Hotel staff is not accommodating at all. Would not stay here again at all. The Holiday Inn in Austin, MN is a hundred times better!

Our recent stay was here was great! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and their excellent service! Everyone was courteous and helpful, especially Carrie!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Decent but cleaners not doing a very thorough job , found a few long dark hair strands especially in bath, which were very obvious on white floors. Noticed someone posted front sliding doors stuck a year ago-still stuck today- had to force them to open.
