Everything went well, but I had some hesitation when the link for payment was sent to me: I didn’t recognize it, and didn’t trust it, so a fuller explanation would have prevented any delay in my payment. I expected to be sent to the original Varouj website to make my payment. After I went through my PC, I was able to ascertain that the link was valid and safe, and complete the transaction.

I asked if he was able to text me pictures of certain refrigerators and he was quick to help me. I paid over the phone with a secure link which saved me a drive. He scheduled the delivery. I received a reminder delivery call the day prior. My delivery guys ( Matthew & George) were so surprisingly quick & helpful with our delivery!
