I always come to tobacco connection because there is a drive thru and they move people through really fast. The people behind the counter are always really nice and very accommodating. I've never had an employee there treat me rudely.... Except for once when I was asking about their kratom strains and what the difference was. They didn't like my questions and I didn't like their answers!

Treated very rudely by the cashier named Onyx. When I asked her for a product she did not give me the chance to also ask for the second product I wanted at the same time because she slammed the drive thru window quickly to go get it. Then when she returned and was asked for the second product she became very snarky and rudely asked “If i was gonna get anything else?” Seemed like a paying customer was a very big inconvenience for her, maybe customer service is not the place for her.
