We have eaten here on occasion and have not had an issue in the past. We sat down for Fathers Day meal tonight and there was a mix up in the kitchen. I was very impressed by the way the manager handled the whole situation, and ensured that we would be returning customers.

Had a really good meal, but Chris (our waiter) really rocked it with his personality. Thanks Applebee's for having great staff that just get to be themselves. Love the Authenticity and the Great Service.

Ordered an 8 oz steak which was lackluster. The brocolli and mashed potatoes were well prepared. The server informed me of a special involving grilled or fried shrimp. I asked for grilled shrimp. The shrimp were literally black from a peppery seasoning that overwhelmed any other taste. The restaurant was clean and the server was efficient and courteous.

It was clean. They had menus you could open with a QR code and that was pretty nice. It took some of us a long time to load it. The waitress was amazing! Great service! Yummy food! We like the 2 for $22 or 2 for $27 meals. You get two meals and an appetizer.
