Staff are super friendly and make good recommendations especially for first timers. I dont burn easily but I definitely didn't want to risk it. They offer allot of options for your exeprience/tolerance level and staff were also very knowledgeable about their products. Very sanitary and helpful staff. Very relaxing experience and will be a regular here!

Suggest they put 2 out front when it's busy. One to put members into a room while the other one accommodates new members signing up. This would keep the flow going as it takes at least 20 minutes to sign up a new member. Just a suggestion. The place is very clean and welcoming. Beds are great!
