I visit this place atleast once a month. It's dope and they have great prices. The owner has awesome deals all the time, including new years deals. I could easily buy comics from Amazon but I don't mind the 15 minute drive for the experience and great recommendations. Love this place.

Nuclear Comics does buy comics and is pretty fair on what they offer. Call before you go in to make sure the owner (Kenny) is there to look at your comics. Please keep in mind that the kinds of comics you describe are not as in demand and so not as valuable as superhero comics.
They have some but not all of the manga that comes out, but they can order anything you want.
